Coffee pot, hard-paste porcelain, rounded waisted foot, pear-shaped body, triangular spout with foliate moulding to the underside, loop handle with foliate moulding at the shoulder, round slightly domed cover with a finial to the centre; the exterior body of the coffee pot and the top of the cover covered with a brown and yellow ground in imitation of the grain on wood, against this is reserved to either side of the body of the coffee pot a rectangular panel finely painted in black monochrome with a landscape and with the initials "L.B.P." and "A.P.S." below, gilt lines around the foot and exterior lip-rim of the coffee pot and the rim of the cover, the spout, handle and finial picked out in gilt. A narrow crack to one side of the neck of the coffee pot.
