ss.RODNEY BAXTER (2800gt) : N3-S-A1 type cargo ship built 1943 by Butler Shipbuilding Co., Superior, Wisconsin, and sent on lease-lend to the Ministry of War Transport, London. 1947 – Sold outright to Ministry of Transport 1951 – Sold to Melan Shipping Co Ltd., and renamed ANGUSLAKE. 1953 – Sold to Dai Han Coal Corporation, Korea, and renamed DOGYE. She was wrecked in 1958, but repaired. Sank by hostile action in November 1972, but later raised and repaired. 1973 – Sold to Natrad (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., and renamed HAY AN (registered at Panama).
