Notes: Found durring work to lay a new driveway at the front of the property, adjacent to Lodge Road A distinct change in layer was noticed 250mm below the level of the top of the jar: above clean clay; below a spread of charcoal and a harder layer full of stones. The jar was sitting on bedrock.
