Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Punch bowl, earthenware, pedestal foot supporting curved bowl with everted rim, moulded foliate band round lower part of bowl; underglaze transfer-printed in purple with an equestrian statue of the the Prince of Wales in military uniform and the inscription PRINCE OF WALES, on the sides each repeated twice inside and out the Prince of Wales feathers rising through a coronet with the motto ICH DIEN on a ribbon and a group of roses, thistles and shamrock, a smaller version of the latter repeated four times around the foot, round the rim inside and out and round the foot a border of fleurs-de-lys with scalloped lines and small circles.
