Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Prize card awarded to Mrs Dorothy Pugsley of Merthyr Tudfil for quilting a cushion, 1951. Cream card printed with blue text. Awarded for quilting submitted to the National Exhibition of Quilting held at the Welsh Folk Museum, in conjunction with the Monmouthshire Rural Community Council, and the Festival of Britain. Mrs Pugsley was taught to quilt by Jessie M. Edwards who held classes in the Rhondda and Merthyr.
