Wholecloth quilt made by Miss Elizabeth Davies of Brynwalis, Pencader. Made for Elizabeth Williams, Maescanol Farm, Llanybydder, on her wedding to John Evans, Tan-y-Fron Farm, Llanwenog.
The fabric commemorates the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria, 1887. Quilting pattern consists of a large central roundel filled with stylized spirals, with chevron background.
