Basin, hard-paste porcelain, circular, footring; the rim is banded with a thick border in purple lustre, a thin line border in purple enamel is painted on the inside of the basin and above the footring, the central reserve and the exterior sides of the basin are printed in black with four views of steamboats in seascapes.
