Teapot, hard-paste porcelain, cylindrical lower body flaring out to bulbous upper body, curving fluted spout with foliate moulding around its base, scrolled loop handle, round slightly domed cover with finial modelled in the form of a berry and spray of leaves, a pierced steam hole to one side; the exterior sides of the teapot decorated in underglaze blue with an immortelle pattern of Chinese-style stylized foliage, rocks and birds, an underglaze blue foliate spray to the top of the cover, around the lip-rim of the teapot and the rim of the cover a border of arcading in underglaze blue, an underglaze blue floral motif to the handle.
