Letter dated 11 September 1920 from The Welsh Textile Manufacturers' Association on 'Reduction of Working Hours'. The letter mentions "the recent flooding of the market with twelve million years of Government Flannel". It also states "With a view to having a uniform policy throughout Wakes, it was decided to work on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in each week, and close the Mills entirely on Saturday and Monday" - Part of the Holywell Collection (DF 91.39/1-91).
