Plate, pearlware, circular shape with rounded foot-rim, curving sides and spreading rim, the rim scalloped and moulded with a feathered edge; crudely painted in high-temperature colours with to the centre of the well a stylized long-tailed exotic bird in blue, yellow and orange perched on a branch amidst stylized green foliage, a feathered blue edge to the rim. The plate cracked and repaired, the rim chipped.
