Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Rectangular stained glass panel comprising 25 sections of glass of various shades of red or purple, mostly coloured glass but at least four sections (those featuring the letters E and G) appearing to be flashed with streaked tones of red and yellow, the lead cames of H profile and with no signs of milling marks, the external cames 12mm wide and with beaded edges, the internal cames 7mm wide and with rounded edges; the design centred on a large G enclosing the snake of Aesculapius and surrounded (clockwise from the centre top) by the letter E, rugby posts behind a rugby ball with projecting arrow (i.e. forming the male symbol), the letter F, a purple section with wave pattern, a daffodil with its bulb and two other bulbs visible in a cross section of the ground, down the left side three golf clubs, a flag standing in a hole and a golf ball linked to the hole by a dotted line; the design enamelled in black with thick outlines, the ground and modelling dabbed and with visible brush marks.
