T2 type tanker built 1944 as RYE COVE by Sun Shipbuilding & Dry Dock Co, Chester, Pennsylvania, for US War Shipping Administration, and assigned to MoWT. 1947 – Sold to Evan Thomas & Radcliffe, Cardiff, and renamed LLANISHEN. 1956 – Sold to Caribbean Shipping Co., Panama, and renamed ANNA O.
