Vase, buff coloured earthenware, baluster form with spreading foot, bulbous shoulder and short cylindrical neck; covered all over with a slightly pink-tinged white tin-glaze which has worn off around the foot-rim and lip-rim, decorated in blue with to the front of the body an oval panel painted with half-length figures of a man and a woman with below the inscription "Pr. Anna Pr. W.C.H.F. / 1747", the panel surrounded by scrolling stylized foliage, to the other side of the body a bird carrying a branch, a border of spirals around the lower body, blue lines around the foot and the neck. The neck broken and repaired.
