Lower Palaeolithic Neanderthal molar
Two fragments that con-join of a molar. The entire crown is present although very little of the root survives. The fragment of the tooth surviving is stained a yellow colour.
Neanderthal tooth found in Pontnewydd Cave, north-east Wales.
