Reverse. The imagery is the same as that on the Great Seal of England, R 162 (2000.44H/75), save that a large crowned harp of Ireland appears in the field above the tail of the horse, and the landscape now represents the city of Dublin with the river Liffey and its bridge. The like legend ends with: &c.
