Figure standing on green grass, black shoes, white trousers, black belt with a black sword hanging down beside right leg, an orange/red shirt, grey hair. Standing with right hand on hip, left hand raised holding a black staff supporting a white banner curling round the staff, outlined in blue and inscribed LIBERTE in black raised capitals.
