Bark mill
Cast T section bar with holes through thicker flat sections at both ends. The bar has broken in the past and been repaired with iron splints riveted in place. 10 clearly numbered cast teeth and two teeth with illegible numbers fit over the flat part of the bar leaving space for a further two teeth as yet not located. What appears to be grey paint remains on some surfaces. This is part of the bark crusher. 36.152.17 or .18 bolts to the bar at both ends to hold the teeth in place. The whole assembly may then be bolted to the ends of .19 and .20. The teeth fit between the toothed discs on .7 and .8 [RP; 17/09/2007]
