Letters re. G.K.N property leases
Sixteen letters and two plans contained within a brown envelope. Documents relating to the annual tennancy and rent for Viaduct Colliery, rented from Pistwll Gwyn to Partridge, Jones & John Paton and G.K.N. Ltd. Includes typed letters on headed paper from Partridge, Jones & Paton Ltd., the Coal Commission, the National Coal Board and Dowlais Collieries Ltd. Also letters from Guest Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd. typed on cream paper. Letters date from October 1937 to January 1949. There are also two plans of the property, one drawn on pale blue, waxed paper, and the other is drawn on cream paper. Letters date from October 1937 to January 1949.
