Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, rounded foot-rim and curving sides; decorated with to the centre of the well a finely painted scene in polychrome enamels, now rather worn, showing a femal figure carrying a sack and a basket and standing before a background of trees, several foliate sprigs in gilt around the sides of the well, a border to the rim as on the cup, a gilt edge to the rim.
