Saucer

Chelsea Porcelain Factory

Saucer of soft-paste porcelain with greenish translucency; circular, standing on a slightly tapering ground foot rim, with curved sides; painted with a large flower spray and six flower sprigs, one disguising a glaze flaw; a chocolate brown line round the rim; three prominent stilt marks in the glaze under the base; the glaze speckled and bubbled in places, with one substantial flaw on the side.
