Doxford & Sons Ltd, Sunderland as EMPIRE MIST for MoWT 1945 – Sold to King Line (Philipps, Philipps & Co.) and renamed KING DAVID (4). 1962 – Sold to Pan Norse Steamship Co., SA, Liberia, and renamed HONG KONG VENTURE. 1966 – Sold to Unity Carriers Inc., Liberia, retaining her name. She was broken up at Hong Kong in 1969.
