Mines Dept circular, draught lighting regulations
M.D circular No.65. Mines Department circular regarding the draught proposals to regulate and improve the standard of lighting in mines. Three page document on off-white paper with black printed text. Loose inside a black leather hardback cover (with other coal mining regulations, bills etc) with the 'British Thomson-Houston Company / Electrical Engineering Manufacturers / Rugby' printed on it, and a sticker with 'Coal Mines Regulations' stuck on the front cover.
