Embroidered silk postcard inscribed 'A Happy Christmas'. Sent from France by Gordon Hobbs to his mother (Mrs Annie Hobbs of 19 Eleanor Street, Cardiff Docks) during First World War. Dated December 21st, probably sent in 1916. Embroidered with mistletoe and holly and church. Flap opening contains a small forget-me-not card. Message on back.
