Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Stone gouge, made on an elongate pebble pecked into a tapering shape with a sub-ractangular cross section. The blade end is polished rather than pecked and becomes more oval in cross section with the concave gouging surface gound deeply into one face. Could this be a reused stone axe?
