Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Lip-work chair made by Harry Clun Bren (Wooden Leg Harry), Dinas Cross, south-west Wales, 1850s. He travelled around local farms making chairs and baskets from straw.
This chair was made by Harry Clun Bren from Dinas Cross, Pembrokeshire. Harry was remembered by the donor of the chair as an 'itinerant craftsman who went around from farm to farm in the village adjacent to Dinas Cross. He made chairs and other articles for use on the farms, and helped with the harvesting.'
