Stand for sauce tureen
Nantgarw China Works (1813 - 1822)
Stand, soft-paste porcelain with a creamy, pale buff translucency; standing on a straight sided foot rim curving into straight spreading sides; lobed lip moulded with c-scrolls and ribbon-tied flowers and foliage, groove moulded cavetto; painted in the centre with a delicate white rose spray with red berries, and a deep underglaze blue border.
