Brochure promoting the work of Remploy with a foreword by Jonathan Shaw, Minister for Disabled People 2008-10. The decision to close Remploy factories was made under the Conservative Government Minister for Disabled People, Maria Miller. Remploy workers protested againt the decision and held two days of industrial action across the UK. The Port Talbot factory announced closure in August 2013 when they were unable to find a viable buyer and 54 disabled employees were made redundant.
