Butter-dish
Butter dish and cover, soft-paste 'duck egg' porcelain, with a pale greenish translucency; standing on a deep tapered foot rim with a straight everted lip, centre shallow cylindrical dish, slightly raised cover with acanthus leaf moulding encircling a pineapple finial; rim of saucer, exterior of dish, and cover, all painted with three sprays of stylised flowers including a 'bearded' tulip between sprigs; gilt scalloped lips, gilt finial and gilt detail to moulding.
