Two letters originally pinned together. One letter from W. Canton (solcitiors) typed on headed paper, and another from Guest, Keen & Nettlefolds Ltd., typed on cream paper. The letters relate to the conveyance of No. 7 Guest Cottages, Penywern, Dowlais from Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds Limited to Mr Benjamin Jenkins. Both letters dated 8th November 1917.
