Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Pit [2303] was located within pit cluster G43, 1.2m NW of cremation [2286]. It was circular in plan with slightly concave gentle sides at the top leading to vertical sides and a concave base. 0.36m long, 0.36 wide, 0.25m deep. It contained two fills. The primary fill (2325) was a grey sandy silt with occasional flecks of charcoal and occasional poorly sorted burnt bone fragments (0.37g). The secondary fill (2304) was a soft black sil with frequent charcoal flecks and fragments of frequent burnt bone (85.23g)
