Vase, bone china; standing on a square stepped plinth, shallow narrow pedestal foot, ovoid shape to the shoulder, concave curved neck, and gadrooned moulded collar; either side of body, a moulded elongated scrolling acanthus leaf, with an exotic bird with outstretched wings perched on top, forming a handle; painted all over with a raised blue dot and purple dotted scale pattern, reserved with two cartouches on each side edged with Sèvres style raised gilt foliate scrolls, containing flower sprays; gilt detail to handles and mouldings, gilt bands to foot, shoulder, and collar.
