Agreement between the Great Western Railway Company and Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds Ltd. Agreement to lay a pipe under the Great Western Railway and Canal near Cwmbran. Printed in black ink on white paper, with handwritten details completed in black ink. Inside the agreement is a pull-out plan of the parish of Llanvihangel Llantarnam, highlighting the location of the proposed pipeline. Dated 16th November, 1927.
