Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
A lower zone fragment. The surviving decoration is part of a large leaf scroll with a finely toothed leaf and a small double circle. The latte motif was used by many potters, especially in the Claudian period. Too little remains of the leaf for definate identification but it could be like Knoor 1919, Taf. 10.2 (Ardacus). or the leaves on sherds stamped LIBERTVS and MELAINIMA. Similar motifs were also used later by Passienus.
