Conveyance of property from Guest, Keen and Nettlefolds Limited to Mr J.L. Parry. Dated 13th February, 1922. Loose inside the conveyance is an envelope with calculations handwritten in black ink on reverse. Envelope addressed to Mr Williams, Cilfynydd, with one penny postage stamp and postmarked 'Merthyr Tydfil 1 No 21'
