Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
LINEN, embroidered in cross stitch and darned with coloured silks. Divided into two horizontal compartments by a narrow band of ornament. In the first compartment, in three rows, are Gothic and Roman letters of the alphabet commencing with crosses, numerals to 9, the name "marie anna tytgadt" and the date 1791; in the second, in two rows, are nine patterns of darning and four (unfinished) cross designs. At the bottom, are letters a-d and iki, and various partly-worked designs. There is a narrow geometric border.
