Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
A thick semi-circular plate with, at one end, the remains of the attachment for a hinge, at the other end a groove for a pin apparently for a fastening. The underface is plain; the upper is decorated in low relief with a series of pointed leaf-forms with hemispherical raised bosses riveted to the plate forming trumpet units of Llyn Cerrig Bach tradition, but with marginal piping linked by S-scrolls.

Notes: the original was found during ploughing within the small hillfort, and is now in the City of Bristol Museum and Art Gallery. Cardiganshire County History (1993) p238 states the NGR as SN 425 428, but SN 425 427 on p272
