Saucer, hard-paste porcelain, inset base and flaring sides; decorated with around the sides of the well a broad band of gilt and platinum chinoiseries on a black ground edged by two gilt bands, around the centre of the well a continuous garland of flowers and leaves in polychrome enamels with a small slightly worn floral sprig to the centre.
