Mesolithic chert microlith
Microlith of obliquely blunted point form. The retouch lies on the left hand side and the piece has a feathered termination.
Microlith found at Rhuddlan, north-east Wales. Microliths were made by flaking, notching and snapping the blades. They were used for fishing.
