Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
This is the poorly preserved inhumation of a child (9.5-14.5)
They were buried in an extended supine position in a simple grave oriented West-East
The burial is from Phase G: 706-956 AD
The individual's teeth showed signs of caries, calculus, and dental enamel hypoplasia, which indicated a high carbohydrate diet, poor oral hygiene and that the individual experienced traumatic periods during childhood that interrupted their development.
A note from Post Excavation notes that a bag of right arm bones was missing.
