Patchwork quilt
Patchwork quilt made by Miss Elizabeth Edwards of Maesyfelin, Lisvane, in about 1870. Red and white hexagons in diagonal bands, with red and white cotton lining. The initials E E are embroidered in cross stitch in the bottom corner. The quilt was made after the maker acquired a sewing machine.
