P.& A.Campbell paddle steamer Bristol Queen seen laid up for the winter of 1966-67, probably at Cardiff. Slide was developed in April 1967. The donor’s annotation “awaiting their fate” confuses this normal seasonal laying up with her being laid up from August 1968 following damage to the paddles which resulted in her being sold for scrapping in March 1968.
