Embroidered panel, 1888-89. Part of a gown with a blue floral design and multi-coloured butterflies set amongst foliage. Purchased by Miss Alice Morgan of Caswell Bay on a visit to China. Her brother, F. A. Morgan, was at the time the master of Kowloon harbour, near Hong Kong.
