Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
Pair of ankle-height work boots (clogs) with wooden soles and separate clog irons on sole and heel, black leather uppers, 6 pairs of black-lacquered metal eyelets, black laces with plastic aglets, leather welt strip attached with steel nails, but no toe-tins; about 1925. The laces are possibly not original to the boots because they are rather too short.
The accession number is not currently written onto the boots; they are only identified by a Tyvek label which has been tied to both boots.
