Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
One fragment of ceramic mould probably for copper working due to the presence of copper waste onsite.
It has one flat surface upon which is possibly an impressed shape. The impressed shape forms an almost square with one straight edge and two inwardly folding V edges. The fragment is quite damaged so this impression may just be due to damage. It is yellow/ pale brown throughout with traces of pale grey margins.
This object was not included on the final site report, possibly due to the bag misidentifying it as a stone.
