Dish, earthenware, standing on a straight-sided tapering oval foot-rim, oval shaped body with curving spreading sides and shaped rim, the upperside of the dish moulded with overlapping cabbage leaves, extending from either end of the dish and with radiating patterns of veins from central stalks the ends of which protrude out from either end of the dish to form horizontal loop handles, one handle broken off and missing; covered all over with a lustrous green glaze.
