Reverse. A representation of a large church with three crocketed and pinnacled canopies, within which, centre: the Blessed Virgin crowned and standing, supporting her Child on her left arm, her right hand holds ? a book which He stretches out to touch; dext. St Thomas of Canterbury upraising his right hand (partly wanting) in blessing; sin. St Nicholas holding his pastoral staff with his left hand (crook turned outwards) his right hand wanting; both saints standing and vested in pontificals.
