Amgueddfa Cymru – Museum Wales
These are the very poorly preserved remains of an inhumation burial of a younger middle adult (25-35 years) who was probably male.
The burial in Unphased. They were not buried within the Bronze Age inner mound but around its periphery and still part of the Early Medieval cemetery.
He was buried in an extended supine position in a simple grave oriented W-E.
His teeth showed evidence of calculus plaque indicating poor dental hygeine. They also showed dental enamel hypoplasia which are marks caused by interrupted growth as a result of trauma, illness poor nutrition during childhood.
The burial is associated with SK66, SK67, SK68, SK73, SK74, SK76 and SK80 in that they are all in the similar vicinity in the unphased area of the Early Medieval cemetery.
