Port broadside view of M.V. EGYPTIAN PRINCE at Cardiff Docks.

Built 1951 by Burntisland Shipbuilding Co., Burntisland, for Prince Line Ltd. (Furness, Withy). She collided with the tanker WANETA in July 1967 and was badly damaged, requiring repairs at Smith’s Dock, North Shields. 1968 – Sold to Agia Irini Shipping Co., Famagusta, Cyprus, and renamed NIKOLAS S. She was broken up at Hong Kong in 1972. (RedDuster.co.uk)
