Site Name: Myrtle Cottage Orchard, Caerleon
Notes: Five aurei found together in Trench II (section C-D) in the lowest Roman layer beneath the black occupation soil of the stone barracks. They were in a hollow in the soil on the side of the trench, 4ft 6in. below the modern surface.
