Hand loom with dobby head attachment and fly shuttle : Curved wooden springs that control the picker (based on Scottish and Scandinavian Pattern) with perforated comber board in dobby head. Used by Robert Morrison (Textile Designer). Approved by Rural Industries Board (later - COSIRA) in 1931. The Rural Industries Board was established in 1924. Robert Morrison commisioned by R.I.B. to redesign double cloth pattern for Welsh mills.
